What: 5k Run/Walk to benefit the HEIFER Foundation
            Course is out and back on the paved Renaissance trail
            Refreshments, raffle, and ribbons at the finish line

When: April 6th, 2013 at 10 am
            Check in begins at 9:00 am and closes at 9:45 am

Where: Marine Park Vancouver WA
            SE Marine Park Way and SE Columbia Way 98661

Why: To benefit the HEIFER Foundation. Heifer sends livestock overseas to impoverished families to help lift them out of poverty.

How: To Pre-Register email jogforahog@gmail.com with your name, age, and gender or just show up before 9:45 on April 6th.

Cost: $10 Pre-Registered, $15 Day of, $5 discount for CCRC members

Minors must have parents sign liability waiver attached below.
